Coppel has been the biggest B2C retailer in Mexico with more than 1000 stores around the country; and extended its presence over other countries in South America. As a part of the core business strategy to grow up the commercial scope, a new eCommerce area was created as a part of a fulfill strategy of digital presence that involves Marketing and eCommerce projects.

MY ROLE

As a UX/UI Desinger Lead of Coppel.com I take care of the Look and feel of the web site, with regard to UI and interaction design I was responsible to propose and adapt the advertising campaigns to be implemented in the front end of the web site. In addition I was in charge to deliver all kind of material to various digital channels and medias, including social media as Facebook and youtube; also emailing, microsites, landing pages and advertising displays.

Where the CTR of this was always under the mide cost of investment and the results of conversions were improved and grew up constantly.

Digital Marketing

I had the opportunity of leading the design team formed by UX and visual designers; in addition to managing several projects developed with digital agencies. As key products that was created stand out: Brand Book digital, several microsites like "contests and sweepstakes” and several brand materials to marketing campaigns including innovations products like the creation of a Shoppable video for Youtube or a Masthead that was the second more successfully advertising in that sprint.

eCommerce - Omnichannel strategy

Regarding UX, I was responsible for changing the function and experience of the original website of Coppel.com to be switched from an informative and corporate site to an eCommerce site with an omnichannel strategy. The transformation was developed through delivering

The result was the growing increase of conversions, the page was very welcome between the customers of Coppel, whom before doubted of visiting the site; but along the changes this eCommerce site quickly got more sales than even other physical branches.
